Service Description

We all collectively experience the polarity of life. The high of joy and low of pain. Sometimes we allow these emotions and moments creating them to become passive energies that flow through us, other times we allow these emotions and moments to stay more planted within our energetic field. When energy becomes stuck we want to find ways to release it. This can be through movement, creation, writing, talking, or even Reiki energy work. With your Reiki Level I Attunement you will learn about the fundamentals of Reiki and how to run energy for yourself. This will be a three hour class and attunement.
